PRESCHOOL OVERVIEW

St. Thomas Aquinas Preschool is operated in conjunction with St. Thomas Aquinas School and provides educational options for three, four, and five-year-olds. The curriculum is closely focused on the development of the child spiritually, socially, physically, emotionally, and cognitively. Students benefit from the presence of a Minnesota state-licensed teacher and a teacher's aide. Parents can be assured that their children will receive individual attention during their preschool experience at St. Thomas Aquinas Preschool. The classroom environment welcoming and inclusive. The program aims to promote a child's positive self-image by providing a safe and stimulating classroom. Independence, socialization, and problem-solving skills are emphasized.

During the week, preschool students have the opportunity to attend music class and story time at the public library. There are also many preschool field trips scheduled throughout the school year.
